What We Offer
Types of leads
No minimums. You can start with just one lead to see the quality first.
ADU Leads
We get about 50/50 between garage conversion and new construction. Most leads need help with plans, financing & look for price around $300-$400/sqft. About 5% of leads already have plans, and they tend to want a lower price.
Remodeling Leads
We qualify for full kitchen or bathroom remodels and a minimum budget of around $20k. Some leads request extra remodeling if they qualify for financing, a second bathroom, painting, etc... Almost all ask for design ideas.
Roofing Leads
Roofing has the highest closing rate from our leads, about 30% of all leads get sold. Most leads have shingle roofs, about 20% their roof is leaking, and some have slight water damage inside their house. Most leads need financing.
